Practical, Insightful, Relevant

Executive Coaching with Backbone and Heart is the most practical coaching book I have read. I began using the framework and questions and had immediate and impactful results with my clients. This is an advanced book - not for the novice coach and one that can be re-read many times to gain further insights. The models that O'Neill refers to are a new perspective for me and very relevant to understanding what is going on in a leader's world. I highly recommend this to anyone working with leaders or business owners.
